1. Right of Withdrawal

 


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.


The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the goods.

If your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.

 

 

 

2. How to Withdraw

3. Effects of Withdrawal

 


If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.


We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods — whichever is earlier.

 

 

 

4. Returning the Goods

 


You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return Shipping Costs

 


Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

 

 

 

5. Condition of Returned Goods

 


You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.


We may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection.

 

 

 

6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

 


The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

 

  • Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

  • Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items

  • Digital content not supplied on a physical medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal

  • Perishable goods or items with a short expiry date
